Thank you for shopping with All Hearts Junior. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled for purchases made through www.allheartsjunior.com.

All Hearts Junior is a brand operated by The Gifting Love, a sole proprietorship based in New Delhi, India.

1. Order Cancellation by Customers

Customers may request to cancel an order only before it has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately by emailing:

Please include the following information:

• Customer Name
• Registered Email Address
• Reason for Cancellation (Optional)

Cancellation requests are processed on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been packed, processed, or handed over to the courier partner for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to receive the product after it has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy and Refund Policy to determine whether your order is eligible for return or refund.

3. Cancellation by All Hearts Junior

We reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailable or out of stock.
• Pricing or product information errors.
• Payment authorization failure.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
• Operational or technical issues.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel your order after payment has been successfully received, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be initiated.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method.

Refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

5. Modification of Orders

If your order has not yet been processed, you may request changes such as:

• Shipping address
• Contact number

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests; however, modifications cannot be guaranteed once order processing has started.

6. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

• Orders that have already been shipped.
• Orders already handed over to the courier partner.
• Orders where delivery has been attempted.

• Orders that have already been delivered.
