All Hearts Junior is a brand operated by The Gifting Love, a sole proprietorship based in New Delhi, India.

1. Refund Eligibility

3. Reporting a Refund Request

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• Unboxing video (recommended, if available)

Failure to report the issue within the specified timeframe may affect your eligibility for a refund.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once your return request is received and the product is returned (if required), our quality team will inspect it.

If the claim is approved, we will process either:

• A replacement product (subject to availability), or
• A refund, where applicable.

If the claim is rejected after inspection, the product may be returned to you with an explanation.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

We do not issue refunds in cash.

Refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

Depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

6. Failed or Cancelled Transactions
